Arch Davila
Historical Note –My Davila family roots trace back to before the Civil War in South Texas. In 1874, my great-grandfather Esteban Davila, a rancher and horse-breeder, was elected Presiding Justice of Hidalgo County and later served as Tax Assessor. I am his only descendant to become an elected official.
